The problem with leaders like Walt is those types of people are groundbreakers, not rule followers. Thy are not with the norm and are visionaries, that make things happen that never happened before. Those types of people tend to be controversial, not exactly "model" employees. Walt Disney Steve Jobs Elon Musk (although Not Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg quite as much).
Love 'em or hate 'em (or, more likely, something in between), they shook things up and made them happen. They they had both light and very dark sides.
One of our neighbors worked for Apple "back in the day" and had lots of interactions with, and stories about, Jobs.

Funny.....When I wrote my post, I was going to mention both Jobs and Musk. I also was going to exclude Gates and Zuckerberg.
