Do we know what time APs will go on sale on the 13th? I don't know. Some CMs have said 9am and others say 7am. I'm still my email for messages. Didn't they promise an announcement?

There was nothing in the email that indicated there will be any additional announcements regarding the sale of new annual passes.

So what do we do on Thursday when they said we can buy them, just click on the link to buy? I guess I'm all thinking it's going to be like trying to get a Moonlight Magic but I guess it won't be. I'm thinking the urgency is in ppls' minds. You have a week during the DVC-only time and they've committed to the next week for the general public so I don't see this being a race. It will be like buying H2O Glow Tickets. Your account knows what you're eligible for. How H2O shows my discounted price when I click the dot by "Options for DVC Members" -- it'll be like that. If they pull any -- my view is they'll pull the Platinum, around Food & Wine, a little before the holiday season. Just my guess of course. But I think Sorcerer APs will stay for sale to DVC members consistently since they already block out the holidays, they're a key perk for selling DVC and look at that Poly Tower is coming out in 2024. :-) If you can't buy a pass Poly Tower sales would die. Also they've reigned in the fraud aspect. Before you could buy 10, stick them on your account, and dole them out to whomever. Now (just like H2O) you'll have to immediately assign a person, and that person has no choice but to activate w/in a year. You can't hoard them for others, you can't hoard them for years, therefore there is no way to take advantage. There is a strong disincentive to buy any more than exactly what you need right now.

So stupid question, since we haven't had an annual pass for a few years - WHERE online do we need to go tomorrow? Is it through the DVC site, or the regular Disney site and go to the tickets/annual pass section?

I have considered AP for a long time, but so expensive for a family of 4. Now that the DDs have become adults and don't have the flexibility to travel as often or as long, I am super excited to purchase for DH and me! My first AP! I can't believe it!

DVC is attached to my Account; it doesn't seem to be to DHs (we never bothered to get him a DVC login, since I manage all the points). But I'm assuming I should be able to buy for both of us (our trip last month I bought all the tickets from Undercover Tourist and was then able to attach them to everyone else, since I'm listed as managing their plans). Hope it works out like I'm thinking!

Hopefully they do this for Disneyland too especially to coincide with sales of the new DL DVC. Wasn’t the historical DVC discount for Disneyland only about $20 off? I was happy to be able to pick up the Imagine Magic Key for So Cal residents today. I hope I can book a trip or 2 at the Disneyland Hotel Villas when those open for booking on points.

Another stupid question: I am DVC (blue card) but my kids are not....can I buy them Incredi-passes tomorrow, or is the only "pre-sale" for Sorcerer's Passes? Sure looks like it's only Sorcerer's Passes, but I am infected with the same "do it NOW before they sell out" paranoia that so many seem to have....I hate the idea of sitting on the phone for what could be hours tomorrow morning only to find out I have to wait til 4/20....but thought I'd ask "just in case" you-all know more than I do and I might be able to buy those Incredi-Passes tomorrow? Thanks...

Yes it was stupidly low of a discount. Another stupid question: I am DVC (blue card) but my kids are not....can I buy them Incredi-passes tomorrow, or is the only "pre-sale" for Sorcerer's Passes? So we won't be back at Disney for a few months (we just got back last week). Should I purchase the APs now or can I wait a few months as we get closer to our next trip? My concern would be that they stop offering them or announce that they have sold the maximum number for the year or something like that. I have never purchased APs before.
