I watched the live action version of Mulan on Disney Plus during my train trip back from Disney this week. It was good! Surprisingly good. It's not a musical. Feels more like a classic historical fantasy. Martial arts fantasy.

Just watched Unstable on Netflix with Rob Lowe. It was a fun series. Each episode only about 25 minutes.

Just watched the Nanny Diaries (with Scarlet Johansson and Chris Evans). Had no idea who was in it or what it was about until I watched it (lol). Was actually really good. Cute movie

Cute movie We watched that and found it quite good. I didn't recall who Chris Evans was (the name just never stuck with me from the Captain American character), but he was quite good. And I love Johansson back to movies like "Lost in Translation" and 'Girl with the Pearl Earring."

We resubscribed to apple tv, so watching a few shows there,
I'm really enjoying this season of Ted Lasso, DH not so much
Enjoying the Big Door Prize.
DH bugged me to watch Severance. He enjoyed it. I"m on episode 4. interesting premise, but too tedious and shots seem too contrived. I'll keep on with it though.
Mandalorian finale more than made up for the previous terrible episodes, so was happy it ended on a good note
Top Chef has been good this season, loving all the variety with the previous winners from other Top Chefs shows from around the world

So watched the finale of the Mandalorian. There was so much shooting I couldn’t tell who was fighting who. Really, this whole season was a let down. I kept waiting for it to “ get better”.
Still getting through “Jessica Jones”. For a Marvel movie, I tell you some of these scenes shouldn’t even “ go there”. But, I chalk it up to Hollywood, and go do some laundry until it moves on to the next scene….LOL.

I felt like it was more disjointed than previous seasons. I am looking forward to Guardians 3 coming up soon. I took the family to see Super Mario Bros, and we really enjoyed that. My favorite TV Shows right now are Mandalorian, The Last of Us, Yellowstone, Ted Lasso, and Stranger Things (I loved the most recent season). There is A LOT of options out there. Not enough time to watch more than what I listed along with a movie here and there. |

We are opposites, though. I like piecing and designing better than quilting. She would much rather be quilting. I always worry about her "piecing potion" spilling onto the fabric, though.. |
