What an asshole. I'm sure once they figure out the best way to go about punishment without it possibly being disallowed due to legal bullshit such consequences will happen...
Of course in some (many) cases I'm all for cruel and unusual punishment, but that's me...

If I remember correctly, they were kicked out of the park, but not off of the property. This guy was apparently not in a park at the time of the incident.

-After charges were pressed, the rest of Aikal’s family were forced to leave their room at Disney’s Riviera Resort in the middle of the night, with Disney security allegedly hovering over them as they packed their rooms. To me it’s horrible that Disney pretty much did nothing…And we wonder why they have staffing issues. |

Another entitled a**hole. Unacceptable to lay hands on anyone, especially someone just trying to do their job. So disappointing from a DVC member.

They can ban him from all other area's at WDW but not BC if he is an owner. |

I was so disappointed when I saw this. When did it become okay to put your hands on someone else because they won't/can't give you what you want. I saw he was there with a party of 11. I hope none of them were kids that now think this behavior is okay.

It does seem to set a dangerous precedent that any member is above the law if they own. Agree the CM should have pressed charges but also wonder if management "wants it to go away" to avoid more issues. Also hoping this gets noted in guest records so that moving forward CMs don't do anything beyond what is needed. No early check-in ever for you! But that said, how many CMs would be like, I just give in to make this person go away. Sucks all around.
