Mets take game 1 from Braves in epic battle (this one was really cool) and make the playoffs!
Almost as much offense in the game as Aaron (whiner) Rogers.
Cheers.

Well, unbelievably, our December WL came thru for Bay Lake. DH thinks it's because of the BL reno plus the change in the TS meeting from annual to quarterly. Whatever! Go us because this can 'replace' our cancelled September vacation. Now I have to figure out air. I have us getting there on SW but now I need to get home. I'm still resisting renewing my AP - LOL.

DD is taking her first trip to WDW without us this weekend. She's meeting her college roommate in Tampa on Friday; they're driving to WDW early Saturday morning, staying at Pop Century Saturday night; she'll fly home on Sunday night. Both of them have full time jobs so the quick weekend is the best they can do. I'm sure they'll have a blast. My offer to be their tour guide was rejected.

I'd often do ones like that with friends who had the ability to go. I was telling my kid last night that I might just renew his AP all through college so if he has a chance to go he can just go.

We renewed her AP through college; she graduated in May. Her AP is good through 1/14/25. We'll probably negotiate who pays what percentage if she wants to renew. She's in between undergrad and grad school, doing an internship, so I'd rather her keep the money she makes at the internship to use for grad school, but I will not turn down any offer from her to contribute toward the renewal price . For this weekend, I paid to move them from All Stars to Pop and she paid the rest.

Kid hasn't even decided a major let alone grad school after or whatever. But I imagine when we get through undergrad we'll revisit this all anyway. Right now we're still planning spring break for the kids in 2026. 2025 is already taken care of - though considering moving to the tower if kid o mine likes the new layout. Though we do like 2 showers.

So convenient getting around on the Monorail. I never actually unpacked my suitcase from September - LOL. I just remembered I have the grocery order credit to use.
