BWV 1BR coming available for first week in February

I have a reservation for a 1BR (Pool/Garden View) at BWV for February 1-8. Due to circumstances, I need to cancel it. Since I know BWV is popular and can be hard to get, thought I'd post here; if anyone is interested in that room/those dates, let me know and we can try and coordinate when I cancel it.

First come/first served; if no one has claimed by 12/12, I'll just cancel!
