I understand that if I have expired tickets, I can use the value/priced paid for future ticket purchases. My question is whether or not there are other options? Can the value be used for anything else besides other tickets? For example, will they give the value back as a Disney gift card?

I have an unused ticket from during COVID (I cancelled the trip after I'd bought my ticket) and at the time, the CM told me I could use the price I'd paid toward a new ticket. Now, several years later, I can't remember who I called (probably DVC) and who to call to use the credit. |

From what I understand, you can call or take care of it at a ticket booth at one of the parks. |
