OK, into the nuance realm.
Firefox has mapped <ctrl> b and <crrl> i to things other than bold and italic. I know that websites can intercept these on their own and redirect. Not sure how hard that is to do, or even if it can be done here. Figured I'd throw it out there.
But the admins here have already done so much that this place is simply great as is.
Cheers.

Sorry I have no idea what CTRL I and B do in firefox. I dropped that browser years ago when it got wonky. I cannot remap anything at all.

I thought it unlikely with a third-part-developed platform, but figured I'd ask Cheers. I asked years ago when Firefox was more widely used. I did look up last night and surprised they use I and B and U like that without using alt or adding in shift. They definitely are not using a chromium based browser with those choices or industry standards. I do believe they offer remapping within with an extension. There are shortcuts here based on the norms used for those. Even safari uses similar commands. Just surprising to me was all.

Wow I have no idea what any of these means - lol I was hoping this was a thread on jumping to new posts or last viewed ect… going back in my lane Nah this has more to do with short cuts using the control or cmd keys. You can jump to the new posts. Just click on NEW next to it. Anything at the top with the participated or in the new thread box auto goes to first post. Works similar to MO where clicking on the dot took you to first new post.
