Curious, for those trying to sell your DVC, do you have it listed with just one broker, or is it posted with multiple? I’ve had mine listed various times, always with one broker. Still no activity after all this time (and no it’s not price…mine is listed lowest compared to similar contracts by $10.00). After being told by my broker basically resale isn’t moving unless you have the perfect contract and prices are going down because Disney is not buying ROFR, I had an ah ha moment and thinking I need to increase my odds by getting it out there more. Wondering on other’s experiences. Was that helpful spending the time getting your contract listed on various sites? Or do I just need to be more patient.

I've not sold DVC, but I know that with other TS brokers we've used, it is against the signed agreement to list with multiple brokers. It is, at the very least, unethical as they do some amount of investment in the listing and having it sold through another channel while they do that is certainly uncool.
Cheers.

Now Bruce, you should know me by now that in no way would I go against what’s in the contract as I’m an honest person and a rule follower. That’s why I was asking, as with my first contract, it stated no multiple listings but for the other two brokers I listed with, I didn’t see that. Definitely will double check if I decide to try multiple but just was trying to get a feel if I would be wasting my time if nothing is moving right now. I do know that prices are going down. First listing of 160 BLT points in Nov. 2021 was $174. Second listing in Feb. 2023 was $160. Currently I’m now at $140

Not sure who you are listing with but being you have lowered your price range several times, you might want to check "Quick Sale offer" which ResalesDVC has in their website. That might give you an idea on where you are at with your pricing, etc. Also, if the price is right for you, then I guess you can use them instead. Hope this helps.
As an FYI, I have not used them, but there is no obligation to check, which is what I did.

I have always used ResalesDVC for selling of contracts. The last contract I just bought was with DVCresalemarket, they did a great job and I found the contract via their app.
