I don't think it will return unfortunately. I wonder too about the DDP. They seem to like a Dining card more now.

It is all based on economics. As long as there is not a drop off in people eating at Table Restaurants at Walt Disney World the TiW card will not be offered.
Similar to the nighttime parade. When Disney did away with it they didn't see a drop off in attendance so therefore it wasn't needed.
I do though miss them both.
