Honestly, I just want to buy new ones for my kids. Wish there was some way they would let me do something like this for immediate family.

Every single time a CM spots my old DVC membership card they said, 'We don't take those' until I cover the old membership card with my DL. I get they don't take it but I just like it so I keep it. DH threw his away because he kept hearing them. So now he has no digital membership card, because I haven't bothered setting up a MDE for him (behavior equal to my refusal to purchase G+ or LL), and no old membership card. Whatever. I'm sure his AP somehow recognizes his DVC ownership when we need to renew.

I will say having separate MDE accounts are nice to have. We've been able to book dining for larger groups because of it. |
