Remember too how everyone hated FP+ back in the day and now we can't live without it. Definitely not me. I knew that FP+ was a better system than smash-and-grab paper from day one and just waited until it worked properly.
Even Disney, for whatever reason one wants to assign, has taken steps to move beyond the destruction of natural resources for entertainment. paper FP sailed back with the Santa Maria.

I missed and still miss paper fastpasses. FP+ was diff but still a FP model you could plan around without having to have your whole vacation day ruined at 7am. Genie+ and LL are not.
As far as profits go from G+ and LL I’ll argue it’s a long play loss due to customer satisfaction. Again, I’m 58. Was at MK first time 50 years ago in June. Started returning regularly in 2004.
The Park Experience right now is BY FAR the WORST it has ever been. If it is about $$$ the add $10 to EVERY ticket price

What I miss about the paper FP was paying it forward. Leaving a park for the day and handing some Space Mountain FP’s to some teenagers just walking in. Was fun giving away a little kindness.
