Haven't been around here much, lately, but I've been keeping up. Sandra and I flew to Los Angeles in late January for a west coast Mexican cruise on Princess. Pretty nice, but flying cross-country for a one-week cruise will forever more be a non-starter for us. Full day's work on either end of that week! We are doing fine. Next visit to Disney set for mid-April. I see an opportunity for a meet.......  Well...if only I retained the ability to remember when we are going places and where we are going!! April is a cruise - but one that does not involve a cross-country flight. We will be at WDW the third week of May - the 15th through the 20th. It's strange to be at the stage of life where, when we travel, it's as if we are taking a vacation from our vacation. Not complaining. |

Inspired by a recipe from a magazine, I bought pre-made pizza dough at Trader Joe's and wrapped it around hot dogs. Similar to the old "crescent rolls wrapped around hot dogs" idea.
Wife, afterward - "What'd you think"
Me - "Yummy, but I feel like the dough was too hard and smooth and overcooked and dried out; I want to cook it hotter and faster next time and maybe I should mix in some oil"
Her - "I thought it was perfect but I didn't like the hot dogs"
So I was just confused.

DH was complaining all last year that we were traveling too much so this year I'm keeping us to two trips. He's gonna regret his complaining - LOL. Actually, we did travel a lot last year but I had to laugh that he keeps bringing up going places. I'm gonna be babysitting twice a week for the next 18 months which means I'll be too tired to vacation.

Spring is coming soon..... It is snowing right now, and the icon at the bottom of my screen says "winter storm" and the guy on the radio is basically saying between Tuesday night and Friday morning we could be anywheres from 15-25 inches and blowing. That said, up until now it has been remarkably warm here in Minnesota, 40 degrees even, with no snow for several weeks. |

Freaking Monday once again. Bah humbug.
Freaking 90s several days later this week. Otherwise "relief" of freaking 80s. Brian season is now complete. Bah humbug.
I do like watching the women, though... Hooray.
