Here in Colorado we have had smoke/haze from the Canadian wildfires just SIT on us for last week or so. AQIs have been bad. Can't see the mountains. Feels like fog almost. Forecasters are saying it'll finally blow out today and then we'll be getting scattered thunderstorms for the next week or so. All the outdoor graduation ceremonies are going to be upset if they get rained on!

I have a cold (GK gift) and I'm soliciting opinions - rest or exercise; which helps/hurts? Both. Light exercise, walking I’d say in the sunshine if you have it. Half what you normally do. More rest than typical. Lots more fluids too and watch your favorite movie. |

Ah - just finished my official start of summer chore - power washing the deck and patio furniture. Wash away all that winter!!! Feels so good.

Hooray for Friday! Hooray for Saturday! And a rare hooray for a full Sunday! Usually pre- Monday annoyance sets in around 3 p.m.., but fortunately not today.
