My husband took me to V&A’s pre-covid for our 40th anniversary so I am not sure if this applies today. At that time the regular dining room offered a 7 course tasting menu and the QV room offered a 10 course menu. Each had a menu of wine pairings with the wine in the QV room costing more because there were more courses. We were in the main dining room and were offered a choice of either menu, because it was some Disney celebration. I got the 7 course with wine pairing and my husband got the 10 course, also with wine pairings (fortunately we chose to Uber over as it was quite a bit of wine). There was some overlap in courses, but not much and it was quite the variety of dishes. There was more overlap in the wines. I love wine and while not a connoisseur I have some decent knowledge. The wines were not over the top expensive wines, but the pairings were very well done. The courses are all small, but it was still so much food. All very creative, tasty, and many looked like works of art. The restaurant called in advance to see if anyone had restrictions and if there was anything specific we would not eat. I have restrictions but can usually monitor myself so we said no restrictions. There was also a vegetarian menu and I was able to choose the vegetarian course as an alternative which worked well for me and my restrictions. It was a lovely evening. Exceptional service, beautiful ambiance, elegant harp music. We are pretty casual, low key people and this was quite over the top for us but we still had a wonderful time. We always engage with the wait staff wherever we go and this was no exception. It took them a little longer to warm up to us but they did. I will see if I can find the menus from that dinner. They give you a menu in a black folder to take home. Not sure of this helps given the time since we went, but hoping it gives you some idea. I hope you have a wonderful time!
