Well....First off, Increases are coming in hot and heavy. The 2024 taxes were higher than estimated, inflation, insurance, labor, etc.

Any speculation on what's taking so long for them to be released? I'm waiting to close on a Poly resale contract that has the seller paying the 2025 dues....  Seller pays dues? Nice! |

Dues are approaching rack rate. Not even close. We travel frequently with friends so are constantly comparing value, moderate, and deluxe vs. a DVC studio. Basically, the DVC studio is more or less the same price as a regular value room at the Pop Century. Of course, WDW does have some better package deals, but I've never seen deluxe rooms better priced than DVC at WDW. |

Agreed. Plus they pay all closing costs and the contract has full points for 2025 and beyond. $159/point for 100 points at Poly. I felt like it was pretty decent. |

Plus they pay all closing costs and the contract has full points for 2025 and beyond. You negotiate for them paying dues, or was it listed that way? Curious because I've been looking at OKW contracts and even toward the end of the year, they have it listed that buyer pays the 2024 dues. |

I just know that I didn’t want to pay any of it other than the points cost.  |

The resale market has huge inventory of Poly resale . Backlog. When they started ROFR contracts at $168/point people stopped to see what the direct price would be. Especially when owners went for $200/point. I even missed out on $155. I never expected that one to be ROFRd. Owners will have to suck it up and accept less. |

Aulani leaked last week was about 3.6% as was a document in some peoples account.
I hope they announce them soon. I want to buy resale but if dues are crazy price rise might put me off.
Esp with how bad the Pound to dollar has got this week and I have an August trip booked. So running out of time due to lack of contracts lately

DVC has posted an update for Dues to be announced in December.
Also Member Maintenance scheduler for midnight Tuesday 11/19
I just went to the Ask questions on DVC member site…It says dues statements are mailed late December .
I guess they are slowly added to our dashboard before that . And posters will post .
