Okay I gotta ask, what do you guys mean by "tomato tomato"? A small amount of googling was giving me answers that weren't making sense to me in this context. Pronunciation with accents. Toe-may-to vs toe-mah-toe Same with potato and po-tah-to. Ah, like the song. You guys are saying the same thing. |

I just looked at DVC Resale Market . Com listings and
For first time ever….Warning this will make you sicke
No profit after commission if I list my 2018 55 point resale contract August Use Year at BLT with same resale company …
Now that’s not good for new sales direct or not.
What is your prediction for DVC and Disney Stock Kinda gloomy ?

Com listings and For first time ever….Warning this will make you sicke No profit after commission if I list my 2018 55 point resale contract August Use Year at BLT with same resale company … Now that’s not good for new sales direct or not. What is your prediction for DVC and Disney Stock Kinda gloomy ? Dumped my disney stock a while ago at around $170. Bought back in at $90 and dumped again at just over $100. They keep making movies no one wants to see and they'll be at $70 before you know it. |

Resale contracts are plentiful. Streaming ( Disney+) subscribers are down. Disney laid off 7000 employees. IDK, how long will it take to turn things around? |

I saw someone share on a DVC Facebook group that they bought direct points at GFV and effectively got them for $161 per point. I called my DVC person, and that is the price for at least 150 points if you include that they will buy back 2022 points assuming you have a Use Year that hasn't hit yet on your existing contract(s). I was considering buying more points via resale at BLT or CC (all mine are Poly currently), but that is a heck of a deal for direct on that resort. That speaks of the issues you bring up. |
