Hello everyone, when clicking on check in it doesn't show any of my requests or allow me to put any in. Is this normal?

Those online ones only show drop-downs if available. I personally email or chat my requests to Member Services - and just know they will not show online either. |

Yes used to give choices but best to call....!!! I actually prefer email or chat. That way my request is in my words. Works well for me. I save calling for booking issues lol |
