There was a time when The National Harbor in Maryland was rumored to have DVC there. That’s the only area that I’m aware of where Disney was going to expand. There have been several non-park locations explored by DVC, National Harbor is one of them. Ironically, another timeshare company took that location. Newport Beach is another location that DVC almost built, and again another timeshare company took the location. |

No, I was just giving an example of thinking about researching before we invest. and would never imply Disney would sell its name .
I guess owning property in Celebration expands the mind .

Like I said I remember when it was the best kept secret. I thought of this quote this evening, as I walked into a store near me. This store has been playing Spotify or something similar over the speakers, and it isn't a paid account because there are commercials. Well as I walk in, there's a DVC commercial playing. And I see a lot of ads for it on youtube, but obviously they know I look for Disney stuff. |
