They just updated to Oct 15th on the website. Weird thing is, the wording literally changed as I was going back to copy for another post. I edited the one above to reflect the date change. Okay looks like logging in changed it for me. For members above is what it is, and for non-members below. I'll edit my post (again) On Sale October 29 Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows Introducing Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows*—the newest Disney Vacation Club addition—projected to open December 17, 2024. Brimming with themed spaces that bring the adventurous spirit of Polynesia to life, the tower will immerse you in the captivating stories and unique cultures of the islands—making it the perfect place for unforgettable family vacations. Starting October 29, become a Member at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and stay magical for years to come. Plus, you can book a stay at the new Island Tower addition beginning November 5. And now it says Oct 1st for existing members......lol!

I'm thinking since I got the points, let's just go all out for a 2 bed theme park for 7 nights. If I can book anything inside the 7 month mark I'll be happy.

Riviera has always been cheaper than PVB and VGF. Never look to RR for MK area points like that. It's actually lower than I thought for 1 and 2 bedrooms, but more for the duos than I guessed.

Yes, it will be interesting as to how much the incentives will drop that $225/point price.

It's actually lower than I thought for 1 and 2 bedrooms, but more for the duos than I guessed. I was expecting a bit less for 1BR. I'm kind of surprised that a Poly 1BR is the same as a BLT 2BR.

My guide just emailed me. Fixed weeks should be released today, incentive released on October 1. Thank you! I have no guide at the moment (mine really recently left, and sadly he was the one who was going to email me everything the day he got it). I don't know that I need more points there at this time. Even if I do, we're talking piddly numbers so no incentives for me. Honestly I'd be a bit shocked if they offer a whole lot... this is going to sell like hotcakes for them. The cabins will be in the dust on this one. I was expecting a bit less for 1BR. I'm kind of surprised that a Poly 1BR is the same as a BLT 2BR. BLT has always been less points than PVB. I was looking at VGF for guidance since point costs are closer. I looked at my data I created for guesstimates. Some I was dead right on. Others pretty far off. What I was decently far off on were the seasons we travel most frequently, in our favor.

Just tossing this out there. I got the generic email that all DVC members did. Saying deeded interest begins at $23,500. That's not $225/point. Hmm....

From Disney - to clear up questions: I have not gotten this email yet. Thanks for posting. What’s the difference between Oct 1 and Oct 15?
