Okay BWV Dreamin80,387 points have been sold so far since Oct 1st. I am *still* seeing Oct 1 being recorded along with other sales from the first week of dates. Milton really put a damper on things I think for some things. It's not crazy phenomenal compared to some others, but it's not awful either. My guess on Tom's Poll was at least 115,999 points sold in the first month. I think it will get that. So we'll see how sales continue to go. Public sales started on the 29th and while 100 is the minimum buy-in, but I think most will do at least 150 for perks. Fixed weeks: Week 1: 1 Bedroom Standard View 275 points Week 6: Studio Theme Park View 232 points Week 39: Studio Standard View 114 points Week 42: 1 Bedroom Theme Park View 466 points Week 48: Studio Standard View 150 points Week 50: Studio Standard View 153 points 1 Bedroom Theme Park View 426 points Week 52: Studio Theme Park View 381 points I question what fixed weeks are really available after seeing the 2 week 50s but that's just me. Keep in mind this is what can be found on the OC Comptroller. I did find one deed that had no date on it, and one that didn't initially have PVB in the remarks. I am trying to take time to recheck dates and such but obviously the last couple of days are very recent in my rechecks. Great info! So then that would make three FW #39 recorded. Ok there should still be room for more. What will standard studios be looking at again? Location? Thanks for all your hard work! I assume others have posted elsewhere that they bought? I don't look closely at all the threads in all locations. Standard rooms with face the south side showing the parking lot and the monorail. They have not stated it would be anything else. So imagine Bay Lake Tower or Riviera on the lower floors. Unlike riviera, the higher up you get the better views you're going to have of golf courses and such. I am unsure if parts of the wings higher up will be standard or not as well since they really will not be overlooking golf courses. That part, we will have to wait and see on. I also do not know if the first floor on the north side on that far wing closest to the wedding pavilion will be preferred or standard there. I think they will still be preferred as they will be too low to see anything really, but I'm not sure if them being that exposed will make them preferred or standard.

Just adding the week 39 listed has a palm tree date of Oct 3rd. Recorded on the 28th. In case that helps you match up some info.

Now my guide says a FW 39 is not available now until they declare more points. So, I don’t know how many would have been available with the first declaration. Thanks for this info, but I don’t know what to do with it 😂 LOL.

I've been looking at pictures trying to figure out what rooms will be what category right now. I have a feeling the northwest wing of the tower will be all theme park view. The southeast wing probably will be all preferred view. At what point will the rest be standard or preferred is my question? I definitely know that northwest wing will be theme park because it has a dedicated two bedroom in the declaration and only theme parks are dedicated. With 16 of them though, some will be in the center part of the wing as well.

Wondering if standard views will be on each floor? So how many floors will there be? It would be nice if Disney would release a foot print of the floors. I wonder if my guide would have that info?
Just looked it up. 10 floors. Ok!

Just looked it up. 10 floors. Ok! There are 10 floors on the center section only smack in the center. The lobby area takes up floors 1 & 2. The remainder of that wing is 8 floors of living space. The side wings are mostly 6 or 7 stories. On the northwest wing it stars at 7 and then goes down to 6. I do think the very end rooms on that one goes down to only five floors based off the pictures I've seen. 1st floor lagoon side has rooms, but on the monorail side it does not. On the southeast wing, it is only 6 floors and the 1st floor is dining and other such stuff. And on both sides it has no rooms until floor 2. They have no floor plans entirely but you can see some in the Sixth Amendment. selfservice.or.occompt.com/ssweb/document/DOC3741S178There will be no 1st floor standard. Even the side rooms should be preferred. 2nd floor will be standard monorail facing. It will have some theme park views on the northwest wing. The southeast will be questionable if 2nd floor with the walls will be standard or preferred. I go back and forth on if I think it is standard heavy and few preferred or vice versa on the monorail side. If it is preferred heavy then very few standards will exist.

Hello everyone,
Not sure what order this reply will show but I just had to say that I just saw the videos of this resort and WOW so looking forward to seeing it. I normally stay at BC and BW, but looking forward to seeing if this will become an option.

I'm a sucker for the resort I know, but those videos were very informative and really showed the attention to detail everywhere. They wowed me as well!

We have stayed at most of the DVC. Still need SSR, BCV, RIV, VDH. We have always been drawn to Poly and CCV. I love how the new IT is not all in your face Mickey. As Disney Seniors now ( still dealing with this LOL) we want something more adult, refined. VGF does that, but Poly IT more in a different way.

I have managed to do all of WDW DVC, but I haven't been able to do all of the locations like Aulani or Vero or Hilton head. My spouse lived in Hawaii and hated his life there, so you can imagine chances of staying at Aulani are pretty much slim to none. He's not a beach vacation kind of guy either so no VB or HHI. I'm a little annoyed at Disneyland's new way of doing the transient tax so I don't see myself staying there if my physical issues with flying the long distances would ever change. But my stays all over WDW really has me more particular in what I like or don't. I want a chill vibe that isn't in my face. Some resorts do it better than others. You should try Riviera once at least. While the skyliner is my reason for not doing it again, there is a lot about the resort that is beautifully done. CCV is awesome as well for refined but still on point for theming. I know some people dislike the sandy shades of the IT but it's nice to me and honestly knowing whom they hired to do different aspects really impressed me. Some will continue to say it's boring but I'm definitely bringing my Disney Files with me in March & May. So much thought went into it.

I am pretending they are really not official DVC. That the trust makes them unofficial lol I have stayed at Ft Wilderness so it counts for me they really are a blight You know that in the first day of sales PVB sold about the same amount of points CFW did in it's first month? In one week it outsold the entire total for CFW. PVB isn't totally rocking the sales but it's pathetic.

Initial Poly sales were only for add-ons. New sales only started Oct 29th.

Yep denial and I'm good with it Nothing about CFW will work for us. Not even my kid with friends next year. I'm not forcing my guys to stay where we know we'll be unhappy. Yes, first 4 weeks of sales were for existing owners. A lot of add ons. Most new resorts give existing owners first dibs. Looking at old data from 2015 I was one of 118 recorded for Jan of 2015 sales for 13,148 points sold. They did that amount or more in each of the first 2 days (Oct 2nd has most recorded palm tree days but it could have been purchased on the 1st but delayed in signing one day depending on speed of deed being sent). Feb 2015 brought in 61,050 points. Again we've surpassed that in 2 weeks. March still was below what we've seen these 2 weeks. It took a few to break 100k per month. Even then it wasn't sustained but did sell more then 150k at times. VGF2 sold 115,999 points its first month. Riviera was much worse. CCV wasn't spectacular either. VDH was 147,288 first month. It had a great second month and toppled very fast after. Many point to VDH with its spectacular sales for first weeks but I'd rather strong and steady. I don't think we'll see VDH sales as they did slow down after the first 10 days for PVB.

The new Disney File Magazine does have a lot of detail aboutPoly Island Tower but I just took the time to enter the new DVC Sweepstakes . It includes 5 extra videos to click thru but the amount of detail that is revealed by the artisans explaining their craft design is worth enduring if you love the Poly . Especially the tattoo artist since I just saw his designs on the buildings as I went past on the monorail . Getting very excited !
