We'll barely miss this, as our last day is for our upcoming trip is June 1. I'm grateful I don't have to go to the odyssey. Though it's a more convenient location IMO, I think that will also mean it'll be busier and thus harder to get into. I'll bet DVC will enjoy a little spike in interest when they see all the foot traffic passing by the club they can't get into. Thanks for sharing....missing this as well...home on the 1st too! Sounds like it might be a week for MO...we're coming home on the 1st, as well. At least we're hitting the VIPassholders days - the dining discounts will be enjoyed this week for sure! |

We've yet to visit this lounge although DH's goofy brother impersonated him and got up/in with our SIL. Like 8 years ago we gave them a stay at Bay Lake and a member card so they could go up to TOWL. We didn't realize he'd use the card to get the DVC discount on purchases and access to the member lounge. We were so upset with him. I wrote about him on the MO's Misbehaving thread. We've never given him another stay on his own (he was just with us at the Treehouse). Maybe in September I'll put the lounge on my bucket list. Forgot about the AP lounge. Really, we don't sit much in the parks unless there's a 'BOC' (beverage of choice) in front of us. Why were you ok with him "impersonating" your husband to get to the TOTWL but not for other purposes? I didn't see any harm in giving them a way to access the TOWL lounge as it is/was usually underused. At that time, from what I read, the EPCOT lounge had limited access and I felt they were taking away from real members. I actually didn't mind them used the merch discount but it was just another aspect of the card use we hadn't intended. Plus I thought he'd just flash the card at the BL Lounge monitor and not answering questions regarding our Homes along with why the name on his card was different that the member CC card. I thought that level of impersonation was kind of skivvy. |

Here now. Bottled and canned drinks. About half the area is blocked off for us. Chips and crackers offered. Probably less seating than at Imagination.

Any CMs there know what's being done the ML in terms of upgrades? Or is it just a refresh of the furniture and cleaning? I did not ask honestly. I think I saw it was only supposed to be down 1.5 months. |

I asked today and it is apparently going to be more than just a new elevator. The CM I spoke with jokingly said the new elevator will be from the Tower of Terror LOL. The the big part was apparently the cast members had all given some suggestions for changes for the whatever they're doing upstairs but they have no idea what management listen to or didn't listen to. The CM I spoke with also said that she and her coworkers there had a lot of really good ideas on how to make a better, but wasn't sure exactly anything beyond the elevator. So I'm going to assume there is more than just an elevator, but Disney is not sharing what. I suggested they add the rainbow tunnel, and the CM was totally in agreement on that one, though we know it has already been disassembled and taken away. |

Same here. Usually have a annual Christmas trip but can't swing it this year due to kids school schedules. Poly II is much better inside that we thought. Might even addon if we like the feel. |
