I found a very crafty person on Facebook who posted her Wilderness Lodge Mickey Ears. Of course as a CCV owner, I HAVE TO HAVE THIS! đ. I am posting some of the information that was passed on to me. I am not the craft person in our household, so my husband will be attempting this project. Would love to see others Ears if anyone else decides to make some. Here is what the final project should look like, where to get the supplies and where to find the directions on how to make them: Search DIY no sew Minnie Mouse ears it should pop up on YouTube. Purchase 1 yard of each fabric for the ears and the bow (you will have a lot of extra left over), and 1 yard of craft rope for the edging material. Buy the headband from Five Below and then cover it with whatever fabric you choose. This fabric was purchased from Joannâs and I followed a YouTube video for the instructions. Use cardboard to cut out the ear shape and hot glue to put it all together.

I love those! I may attempt a version of WL ears after I master that embroidery machine that Tim bought me for our anniversary...

I was thinking more along the line of fun Disney stuff... What if I wore the Ghostbusters costume to one of the Halloween Parties? Or will they not let me in with my backpack leaf blower? What if it didn't have any gas in it.

And what's more fun that running around yelling "don't cross the streams" and "there is no zoul" I think that would be a blast!

I learned on YouTube how to make my ears. Then if I wanted to make a different bow, Iâd search for it.

I learned how to wrap the bands too. Not hard once you have a pattern made. I made a pattern for ear placement too. Some of my early ears were off center. I also found that using flat ribbon or rope to finish worked better than the ones with balls. I bought headbands from Amazon. Everything else I bought from Joannâs, Hobby Lobby, and Michaelâs. Since they are glued, I also brought along a hot glue gun for quick ear repair!! I eventually made standing ear holders too I made so many!!

Sorry if thatâs spelled wrong. I traded my curio cabinet in Iowa for one but my SIL said itâs very outdated so itâs going to Goodwill. I wonât make enough stuff to warrant the purchase now. She makes cards, shirts and who knows what else with hers. I was giving my curio cabinet away anyway so it wasnât a loss for me.

Wow!! So do you use cotton or foam underneath the fabric for the ears so they are â puffyâ ? I am in awe. Those ears are cute! My husband is anti â earsâ , but will make these for meâŠ.LOL. I hope I am not too old ( grandma here) to wear them! Maybe once I actually get into the project I will be able to make them myself. Thank you for the video!

I forget the name but they sell it at Walmart too. They have Disney fabric too!! Hobby Lobby typically had the best/largest supply of trimmings but our Joanneâs was smaller. Circles have a whole new meaning when you start making ears!! Lots of items I found in decorations. 1/8 or a 1/4 yard makes a pair of ears usually. âFat quartersâ are great. Amazon had the best cardboard. Lol
