PVB itself isn't as popular with owners. They had the super low new member buy in. Many bought intending to stay elsewhere. I bought almost all my points at PVB, and our favorite resort to stay at is PVB. Strange that it puts us in the minority. There are some years my PVB points go elsewhere, but more than half the time we have used them for PVB stays. Better than my OKW points at least. I was surprised to see how many PVB owners in large groups have never stayed in PVB. Most said they couldn't afford it (points) I really was shocked to see that. |

I have always used my CCV points at CCV since they opened for sale. Next year I will be borrowing for my first stay at SSR. Actually looking forward to this two bedroom at SSR. Anyone think I will have a problem at 7 mos booking a 2 bedroom standard in September?

My CCV points go to CCV only with the exception of a couple that get left over from my stash.

I have always used my CCV points at CCV since they opened for sale. Next year I will be borrowing for my first stay at SSR. Actually looking forward to this two bedroom at SSR. Anyone think I will have a problem at 7 mos booking a 2 bedroom standard in September? I don't think you will have a problem. Especially since you are going in September. We haven't had any problems switching at 7 months to SSR. |

Sweet! Any guesses on when reservations for Poly tower will open for points? We need sales first. This amendment to the POS came later than I expected it. But at the time the ROFR monster for PVB is so strong ($160s and no full contracts being taken) that they'll have plenty of points to sell even in reserves. |

I have bought resale and added on several times. I have over 600 points now, so affording Poly isn't a big deal at this point. I have stated on here that I have a family of 6, so its actually very inconvenient that it has been either 2 connecting studios or the crazy prices of the bungalows. Nobody is happier than me to have more 2 bedroom options within PVB now! I do have 150 points at Grand Floridian. I couldn't pass up the deal they were running last year where it was basically direct points at resale prices. We sometimes stay at BLT and GF, and I also like the resorts near Epcot like BWV. But I expect that once things get rolling with the Poly tower that it will be where we stay 90% of the time pending availability. Curious what the points chart will look like for the rooms there like everyone else. |

I made an educated guess based on VGF room points and RR and mathematically came up with this not knowing point totals at the resort or number of rooms  |
