I hopped onto YouTube and lo and behold, in the list of videos it wanted me to watch was a pretty good copy of the original Star Tours movie!
Doesn't have the pre-boarding safety video...but that can be had here:

Cool! What a blast from the past. I have a few memories of the Death Star trench scenes, and that lady announcer . I’m so glad they keep updating the ride with new scenes although I’m lucky to make even one transport now, it makes me so nauseous! But I try to go at least once a trip, even if I have to close my eyes throughout . Thanks for sharing the memory.
