That's an interesting picture. From the textures, it looks more like a rendered image using an architectural modeling software package. I got one some time ago, and this is sort of what the images look like.
But this doesn't look like a place where it sucks to work.
Cheers.

It's probably just the depreciation of resolution from phone via text to mine, to uploading to free site. He mentioned there are XBoxes and Playstations too. His team likes to do daily walks around the fountains on the grounds when weather permits. Onsite gym, other break rooms with starbucks & other coffees just for the taking. Onsite masseuse and a bunch of discounts and perks he was kind of blown away with.
Came home with a lunchbox that had reusable straws and chopsticks in addition to fork, knife and spoon. Kind of unreal based on his last place that squished him out of an office all together.

Car woe here... first I popped the tire on a curb in a parking lot that was very pointy. I drive a Mini so no spare. Came home (less than a mile away) and found who had my less than popular sporty tires in stock. Or close to what I had. Found close so l called to have car towed. AAA showed early, and so I dashed over with my kid. Handed off key to tow truck driver. Kid drives off and no joke a lady pulls in front of us to turn left from the lane heading in the other direction. I swear she didn't see us. Kid slams on breaks but not fast enough. Crunch... Not massive damage but it's an 06 Civic. Bumper, headlight, left quarter panel and hood all damaged. Police come at my insistence. Gave pics and dash cam video. She's cited for failure to yield. Go home.
I'm tired. Might need to find a new car if this one is totalled.
My car is fixed and his is drivable at least.

Sorry to hear both of you have had quite a day. How’s your Son doing? Being in an accident is hard enough, let alone when you are still new to the game. My younger Son got hit by a mail truck on the way home from high school years ago. I went over there after he called me. Postal driver told him he didn’t need to call police seeing his supervisor was on their way. DS didn’t listen to him, called the police before I even got there. Was very proud of him handling it the right way.

He seems totally fine! I think the absurdity of how she just pulled in front of us and that it was slow speeds (we had just turned a corner) all helped. He's a good & level headed kid too. Made it 14 months of driving without any issue too. We had fun jokes sending him pictures and links to used cars that we would look at. I just sent him one that he can see tomorrow that is his most hated car brand as well LOL so we're making a laugh out of it all. It really was ridiculous how she pulled out in front of us. You can't help but laugh sometimes.

Our main car is a 2000 Volvo and somebody turned into us and crushed in our rear door, nothing else was wrong. The other insurance totaled our car due to the age and miles. They were going to cut me a check for like $1800, or they offered me the option of keeping the car with a salvage title and cutting me a check for $1500. So basically I bought the car for $300. An afternoon trip to the junkyard yielded me a new rear door, two new leather power front seats, and miscellaneous bits for my collection for around $120... Still driving it, it's been at least three years or more.

Since this is my kid's car and he will be driving another kid at night not repairing isn't an option for us. If it had been just the bumper or front end without the headlight & turn signal, we'd just move on and not care. Cut me a check to repair and we'd kinda do minimum needed.
They are not totalling the car though. Repairs are more than the $2500 we paid for it last year which baffles me that they want to repair and not total it. So we'll let the insurance companies fight it out and take the cash and then sell the car. If the other insurance decides to total it, we'll just take the pay out. Fortunately it won't be a hit on our insurance and we don't need the pay out to move on. We'll park the car in the driveway at my dad's until we can sell or turn it in.
We found a very well cared for Leaf for cheap. A little more than 80% of the battery is left. We already have an EVSE at home and kid drives like 4 miles on a busy day and 10 at most on his furthest. Less than 2 on a regular school day lol. So another don't care what happens car until he graduates.
We were going to spend more on a different car but shady dealings at signing time. We walked.

I had a good laugh just now, I read a review on a frying pan where the person complained that the bottom got scratches in it after just one use on his gas stove with metal grates. "Oh no!" I said, as I visualized me shaking the pans all around to flip the stuff.

Man stuff - a screwdriver is sitting on the kitchen counter, next to the sink, because I was replacing a circuit breaker. I leave it there to remind me that the job is not done. This morning, I need to stir something, and I look down and say, "Hey this screwdriver will work just fine for that"
I mean...it wasn't PERFECT because it's hard to get the liquids moving because it's so skinny, and it has sharp edges so I had to be careful to not to scratch the plastic cup I was using it in. But, it was perfect in that it was sitting right there by my right hand.

I really enjoyed the find & seek Olympics Google game they had! We'll say the screw driver was almost perfect My car update, '06 Civic was indeed totaled. The check we are getting will more than cover the Leaf we bought. I call it a win.
