Thank you for this chart! One question - the 'Books For' column - does that mean I can convince them to book 5 people on a 4 person room (where it's listed)? The online booking tool will allow that, but gives a message stating no bedding will be provided by the resort. Just a heads up that there have been reports recently that some rooms have not been able to be booked for 5 online. I think BWV 1-beds have been mentioned. So you may need to call to be able to add the 5th person.

I kept a screenshot of Micah’s chart on hand for waitlists. So glad to have a visual of new updates! So helpful!

Thanks, @helenabear, for posting this AND for updating it. What a valuable resource! I've found and lost Micah's chart over the years and this is an even improved version. Currently interested in which resorts have the pull-down Queen murphy beds (replacing the Queen pull-out sofas), and wasn't sure how to find this without a resort-by-resort look at floorplans. But then I remembered THIS, and here is my answer! Thank you, thank you!!!

Now I'm looking closely at this spreadsheet. Can anyone confirm the beds at Riviera in a 1-bedroom? Chart has 5 in the 'officially sleeps' column, which I take it to mean 'number of sleeping surfaces provided' (vs bring your own bedding; maybe this is an incorrect assumption). Bed columns reflect sleeping spaces for 4 (1 King + 1 Queen Murphy). Can anyone clarify? Thanks!

Ok now I'm also wondering about BWV - I'm pretty sure I've seen that the studios got the pull-down Murphy beds during the current renovation (chart shows with sofabeds), though I don't know about the 2BRs.... Anyone have this info?
Editing: Just remembered all BWV 2BRs are lock-offs of studio+1BR. So, the 2BRs must have at least 1 Murphy bed (on the 1BR side; chart shows this). IG the question is: do the 2BRs have TWO murphy beds (second one on the studio side)?

I plan to update this in the next few weeks since they're taking soooo loooong. But yes, 2 bedroom lock offs have 5 in the studio, 2 in the living area and 2 in the master bedroom. Literally just returned from a 2 bedroom there myself today. There were a few reports saying that some of the rooms did not get Murphy Beds and had sleeper sofas, but my understanding is that was a supply issue and that has been rectified. Both the studio and the living room area that we had in our two bedroom both had murphy beds that were Queen sized. The studio of course had the single Murphy as well

There are rooms like boardwalk and Beach Club that used to sleep four but offer booking for five. I have not seen those changed and if I do, I will edit that as well. I'm going to double check all of these in the next couple of weeks. I'm also looking for what we might have for Polynesian shortly too. So if this is a little out of date, please forgive that.

@helenabear (sorry, still haven't mastered multi-quoting in a quick reply) Thank you again - this is such a fantastic resource! This chart will never be 'final' as long as DVC makes changes/additions to the properties. Thanks to you/other admins for updating it when you have the time and inclination! I did not mean to rush you. There is so much detail in this chart and most of us only have personal experience with a handful of resorts and room categories, so I wanted to check, as I trust MO more than what I see anywhere else when it comes to things like this!! Thanks again.

Thanks again. You are correct, it will likely never be "final" on anything. Disney always changes. I'll hopefully get to this all soon but just got back last night and have a busy weekend ahead. Had a lot of work to catch up on in the last 12 hours or so too.
