I'm in the process of doing my e-sign for 150 points at Riviera now. After all incentives and Magical Beginnings buyback, $178 / pt. Fair, in my opinion. Congrats and Welcome Home!!!
We love Riviera and are so happy we bought, when we did. The $178 pp for direct is really not that bad of a price, and now you are restricted.
