One place I shop prints out a coupon with the receipt every time I check out - four cents off per gallon of gasoline at their gas station. You have to go inside to use it. I am a cheap bastard - I mean frugal - but I never use it because I said to myself "I will pay an average of 56 cents or whatever per tank to not have to deal with that crap"

We have been using Mears since COVID and have had a good experience.

Looks like a pretty even split between rental car and rideshare (Uber/Lyft). When we do these polls (which I love), I often wonder how the general public would answer these. I would think the casual visitor would take convenience over cost in most cases.

If it was just me, I'd stick with the Mears bus and DH is irritated with all the stopping so I think next time we'll try Lyft/Uber. The Limo and rental is a hard no... maybe - LOL.

I often wonder how the general public would answer these. I would think the casual visitor would take convenience over cost in most cases. When you said "casual visitor" my brain said "the people who don't come regularly, those families of 4 or 5 that came one other time, or the one-and-done crowd". I would assume them to do uber, or maybe the Mears bus. They would have for sure taken the DME when it existed (as we did). They could also very well get a rental car, maybe just as many people as the uber/mears crowd. But I do not see them saying "well honey I know we already can't afford this trip, but won't it be super convenient if we get a limo from the airport!" But maybe. So how come Uber and Lyft are separate lines in this poll anyway? Edit to say: I feel like in the context of this poll, separating Uber from Lyft is like asking whether I rent my car from Budget vs Hertz.

We typically use Lyft, we have some credit card benefits (and I believe Hilton Honors benefits) using this one over Uber. We prefer to enjoy the "bubble" and not drive during our trip.
